Please be advised that ride share and shuttle services associated with this event are independently operated by private individuals, including local residents and/or event attendees. These services are not affiliated with nor under the control of the Club/Event organizers. No funds are exchanged between the Club/Event and any rideshare or shuttle service providers, and such services are not included in the cost of admission or ticketing.
The Club/Event’s involvement is limited solely to the strategic facilitation of traffic and parking logistics in coordination with Bureau of Land Management (BLM) launch sites, private landing zones, and designated meeting areas.
