1:00-5:00 - Touch down at Cowhorn for an unforgettable afternoon of live music! From 1:30-2:30, RVHPA locals Swantissimo enchants with the sounds of award-winning bassoonist Chris and Amy Swan, Master of Horn Performance. At 2:45, four alphorns will ring out across the Applegate Valley, heralding arriving pilots. From 3:30-5, Fellowship of the Strings will deliver a sweeping sonic journey to close the afternoon. In house food will be available from one of our favorite biodynamic vineyards - thanks Cowhorn! Formal attire encouraged. After all, this is a classy-cal event. 😎

1:00-5:00 - Landing at LongSword. Wildlife Images will be bringing two birds for an immersive educational session at 3:30. The Great Outdoor Grill will be serving food from 2-5. Adult paint and sip with watercolors. Art booths with kids face painting, free cotton candy, blow up waterslide, and giant bubble station. Bring your family and friends to sit in the shade and watch paragliders land.

These services are not affiliated with nor under the control of the Club/Event organizers. No funds are exchanged between the Club/Event and any rideshare or shuttle service providers, and such services are not included in the cost of admission or ticketing.
The Club/Event’s involvement is limited solely to the strategic facilitation of traffic and parking logistics in coordination with Bureau of Land Management (BLM) launch sites, private landing zones, and designated meeting areas.
